SUMMARY:Unity through Diversity: Celebrating All Abilities in the Arts
DESCRIPTION:The Rebecca Center for Music Therapy at Molloy University presents the 4thAnnual Unity through Diversity: Celebrating All Abilities in the Arts. This inclusive event will feature artwork and performances from members of the Rebecca Center for Music Therapy\, Molloy University members\, and community groups. Join together in a night of music and art in support of the neurodivergent community. The first hour will include an art gallery\, sales by local vendors\, raffles\, and t-shirt sales. The second hour will include musical performances. All proceeds will benefit the TRC Client Scholarship Fund. \nTicket Prices:\n$15 Advanced tickets by March 31st\n$20 tickets by April 26th (No tickets can be purchased online anymore at this point)\n$25 at the Door \nTo watch the music performances live from home: $25 per household\nMolloy students will get $5 tickets at the box office when they present a Molloy ID.

DESCRIPTION:Rent is a rock musical with music\, lyrics\, and book by Jonathan Larson\, loosely based on Giacomo Puccini’s 1896 opera La Bohème. It tells the story of a group of impoverished young artists struggling to survive and create a life in Lower Manhattan’s East Village in the thriving days of bohemian Alphabet City\, under the shadow of HIV/AIDS. \nRent is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).\nAll authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI.\nwww.mtishows.com
