A Salute to the Golden Age of Broadway

Hello dear readers. Broadway performances are a type of entertainment that people don’t often get to experience. I have been lucky enough to see quite a few Broadway shows in my life due to the generosity and love of family members. However, I have definitely not been to Broadway shows as often as I have been to movies, for example, so going to a Broadway show is always a special treat. I would like to be able to say I still remember my first Broadway show but I don’t. I know what it was, though. It was The Lion King—which was one of my favorite movies as a child—and I can only imagine the awe I felt when I saw all of the actors dressed as animals—who I, of course would have thought were real animals—enter the theater. All the Broadway shows I saw after that, though, I remember. From Phantom of the Opera, which made me sing along and feel emotions I had never felt before to Spamalot, which made me laugh hysterically.
Now you are all dying to go to a Broadway show, right? What if I told you that you could hear the music from several Broadway shows on one night right here at the Madison Theatre? You probably wouldn’t believe me but I promise it’s true. Give Our Regards to Broadway is a celebration of the greatest musicals of the 40’s 50’s and 60’s. This show will bring Broadway to you at a more affordable price and in a convenient location. It will allow you to experience the special treat of being at a Broadway show without all the inconveniences. So come and enjoy the amazing performance. It will be a night to remember!
