Subject: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As you know, the global coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is a major concern for all. The health and well-being of Molloy College students, employees, and the Madison Theatre Patrons are our primary concern. Therefore, three weeks ago, we formed a Coronavirus Response Team, which has been meeting regularly to monitor the situation.

The CDC has recommended against events of 50 or more people for the next 8 weeks. The Madison Theatre and Molloy College are taking the CDC’s advice to keep everyone safe. That means all events through May 11th have been canceled.
• Patrons with tickets for events that fall during this period will receive refunds, or the option to rebook for future events.• Patrons will be notified of any schedule changes today.
• The Madison Theatre Box office phones will continue to operate during this period, between 12 & 4pm Monday – Friday.
• Box Office Phone Fees will be waived until the box office reopens on May 11th
• At this time, we plan to re-open with Carousel in Concert May 15 – 17th

Madison Theatre will be working with the Molloy College to follow all Department of Health and the Centers of Disease Control protocols for the safety of our community
The College is in contact with those facilities, including medical facilities, that are responding to the evolving concerns associated with COVID-19. Medical facilities and schools, in particular, are required to comply with the guidelines established by the Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control to ensure that their communities remain safe.

Employees’ and our Community’s health and safety is a priority.

At this time, the College is closed through Saturday March 21, 2020.
Additional pertinent information will be sent by separate communication. Please continue to check your email and our website for up-to-date information.
