Keeping with Madison Theatre tradition, Swingtime returns for its sixth annual Valentine’s Day celebration of classic love songs from the Great American Songbook. Our 20-piece ‘house band,’ directed by Steve Shaiman, will delight you with swingin’ toe-tappers and heartfelt ballads to get you in a romantic mood, featuring hits from legendary bandleaders like Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, Artie Shaw, Count Basie and Woody Herman, plus amorous melodies by iconic vocalists Judy Garland, Eydie Gormé, Nat ‘King’ Cole and Frank Sinatra.
