Hello dear readers! I recently was told about an curious and intriguing newly reformed into musical. It is called “Hazel” and it is based on the 1960s television. This musical sounds inspiring to me and I would love to see it. From what I have heard about the play create a feeling that anything I put my mind to, as long as I don’t give up, I can achieve. “Hazel” is being shown at the Madison Theatre at Molloy College on January 27th and 28th at 8pm. It takes place in the 60’s, where women are fighting for equal pay and looking to join in the work force. The father, George Baxtor, of Baxtor family that Hazel the maid works for is not happy at all with this new situation. This is comical and inspiring tale of Hazel the maid and her trials in her duty to help others. This hardworking and determined maid can do anything if she puts her mind to it.

Klea Blackhurst, playing as Hazel, is an amazingly determined and accomplish American actress never expected to achieve her dreams to come true after years of working hard to her top. She seems born to play this part, for just like Hazel she work hard and does not give up when times get tough. And because Klea Blackhurst has hardworking and determined mindset like her character make the musical so much more real like, which is why it is truly inspiring to me. I also am determined to make my own personal dreams come true and if I work hard enough in my life and never give up, nothing is truly impossible.
