Hello dear readers. Hazel is a story I am not familiar with. Though it is, apparently, one that has been around for quite a while. The story of Hazel started as a cartoon in the Saturday Evening Post and was later made into a TV show in the 60s. Now the story of Hazel has been transformed into a musical. I am a big fan of musicals and the 60s so this is definitely a story I will enjoy.

Hazel is about a maid named, of course, Hazel who works for the Baxter family. George Baxter is not too happy about his wife joining the work force or his maid running his household. Those things that don’t amuse him, however, are completely hilarious to the audience. This story features Hazel, a wonderful character who tries her best to do things such as deboning a turkey, saving a marriage, uncovering a matter of national security and leading a conga line. Some of these things seem beyond the scope of a simple maid but that is not true for Hazel. Come see the story of this hardworking, capable maid for yourself. This is a performance you don’t want to miss!
